Propylene Glycol Industrial (PGI)

Propylene Glycol is a colorless viscous liquid with a faintly sweet smell. It is hygroscopic and miscible with water, acetone and chlorofoam.

It is use as a moisturizer, solvent, humectants, cooling agent for beer and wine, carrier in fragrance oils, antifreeze, photographic chemical solvent, in smoke machine to produce artificial smoke, in cryonics, to treat livestock ketosis, main ingredient in deodorant sticks, aircraft deicer, and in UV black light tattoo ink.
